What We Offer (All classes are tailored to each student)
Every beginner, intermediate and advanced class will tailor to your athletes needs and level. We will be teaching each of the following in each class over the summer and you can find the descriptions below; pom & precision, kicks and jumps, leaps and turns (technique) and hip hop. We strive in growing your athletes confidence, talent and knowledge of the cheer and dance world.
Beginner Dance - Perfect for athletes who are new to dance or still are building foundational skills.
Little to no prior experience, learning basic technique, coordination, and rhythm, focusing on confidence, classroom behavior and simple choreography
Intermediate Dance - For athletes with some experience who are ready to grow and be challenged.
1-3 years of dance experience, understands basic terminology and technique, able to pick up choreography at a moderate pace, working on strength, flexibility, and performance quality.
Advanced Dance - For experienced, dedicated dancers ready for a fast paced, high level class.
3+ years of experience, strong technique, control and musicality, picks up choreography quickly and retains it, focus on performance, precision and advanced skills.
Pom &
Precision
High energy, sharp, and powerful dance team style. Focus on clean arm placement, tight motions, performance quality, formations, and synchronization. Designed to build confidence and precision for game day and competition routines We will also be going over turns, leaps, jumps, etc to ensure our technique strength matches.

Designed for dancers who want to prepare for a future team within our company or another studio. This is a focused training program to prepare dancers for a team environment, emphasizing technique, performance quality and quick learning.
Kick & Jump
Conditioning
Strength & flexibility training specifically for dance team skills. Focus on high kicks, jump height, control, core strength, and endurance. Perfect for improving technique and preventing injury.
Tumbling &
Tricks
Learn the basics of tumbling and tricks such as aerials, kip ups, head flips and more with safe progression and skill building at your own pace.
Leaps & Turns -
(Jazz Technique)
A jazz - based class focused on improving turns, leaps, flexibility, and control. Designed to build clean, confident technique for performance and dance team settings.
Intro to Dance
Ages 3 - 6
A fun and welcoming class designed for younger ages to explore movement, music and basic dance skills. Dancers will learn coordination, rhythm, and simple steps while building confidence in a fun supportive environment.
Performance
Hip Hop
High - Impact focus on musicality, texture, formations and stage presence. Designed for dancers who want to perform with confidence and power.
Kids Fitness
Ages 6 +
A variety of age appropriate easy - to - follow fitness classes focused on movement, strength and cardio in a fun environment.
