Khalage Collective is a choreography-driven dance brand built on the belief that movement is layered, intentional and powerful. Inspired by the idea of a collage, Khalage brings together technique, creativity, and performance to create routines and training that feel both purposeful and expressive.
Led by Marissa Crawford, Khalage works with teams, studios, and individual dancers across a range of styles. Each experience - whether choreography, a class, or cleaning - is approached with clarity, structure, and attention to detail, meeting dancers where they are and helping them grow with confidence.

Marissa Crawford is a choreographer, coach, dancer and creative leader with a passion for building intentional, performance-driven movement. With experience working across competitive, all start, school and performance-based teams, Marissa brings a thoughtful approach to choreography that balances creativity, precision and clarity.
As the founder of Khalage Collective, Marissa focuses on creating routines and training experiences that meet dancers where they are while helping them grow in confidence, technique and performance quality. Her work is routed in attention to detail, strong musicality, and a deep understanding of how dancers learn and perform best.
Marissa is known for her ability to elevate routines through clean structure, purposeful movement, team building and a supportive coaching style that encourages growth, professionalism, and individuality - both on and off the floor.
